廣州CBD黃金三角圖片來源於網絡 樓高212米，總建築面積達11萬平方米。將構建集辦公、會 議、展貿、物流、餐飲等符合功能於一體的琶洲核心區域的新地標，為琶洲高質量經濟發展賦能。
Pazhou center is situated in Pazhou CBD area, which, along with Zhujiang New Town and Guangzhou International Financial City, forms the golden triangle of Guangzhou's business. It is strategically located that east to the Sino-foreign trade bridge - Canton Fair, west to artificial intelligence and digital economy gathering area
The building stands at a towering height of 212 meters, en- compassing a total construction area of 110,000 square meters. Aiming to build a new iconic landmark in Pazhou's core region that integrates various functions such as office, conference, exhibition halls, trading platforms, logistics services, and catering, empowering high-quality economic development within Pazhou

MAGstudio將沙盤設置於北側為珠江視線的區域，是與隔 江相望的珠江新城和金融城的空間對話，也是與未來天地
星月交輝之境。佇足眺望， 可以感受琶洲發展跳動的脈搏，
沙盤上方倒映的， 正是未來生活無限想象的場景，這片區發展的無 限可能。
MAG studio strategically positioned the exhibition sand table in the area where the north side is the sight line of the Pearl River, in order to establish a spatial dialogue with Zhujiang New Town and the financial city across the river, thereby fostering an environment conducive to envisioning future prospects
MAG studio delves into the brand culture and project features, constructing a borderless space through overlapping and diverging circles, curves, and arcs.
場域的構築是對宇宙無限之探尋的具象表達，是城投與琶洲未來的無限發展的見證者，也是每一位在此無限宇宙中的無懼開拓的承載者。
以新中軸核心城景為底,簡潔大氣的商務會議空間是思想和交流碰撞的能量場。一面城景、一面江景的共響,加以園景的點綴,三重覆合景觀賦予辦公無限活力。
